I come before You, the Living God, my Creator and the Creator of everything seen and unseen. My Lord, Jesus Christ, I am Yours! I come to You with thanksgiving for Your mercy, grace and long-suffering in the salvation of my soul, the forgiveness of my sin, and the restoration of my communion with Almighty God; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. I worship You and I adore You, my Creator. You have created me1; I am Yours. You have called me2 and saved me3, purchased with a price; I am Yours. I have surrendered myself to You; I am Yours.

I desire to submit myself to You, Lord, in humility.4 I desire to draw near to You.5 I desire to come before You with clean hands and a pure heart.6 I desire to be a living and holy sacrifice, presented and acceptable to You, my God, as is my spiritual service of worship.7 I desire to be sincere and blameless for the day of Christ.8 I desire to be filled with the fruit of righteousness through You, Christ Jesus, to the glory and praise of God.9

I am Your possession, being a member of You, the body of Christ.10 As You were, I desire to be led and taught by Holy Spirit.11 I desire to be filled with Christ that You may live in me and through me.12 I yield myself to You, Lord.

I desire to be a living stone that is choice and precious in Your sight, O God, being built up as a spiritual house for a holy priesthood, offering up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to You through Jesus Christ.13 I desire to be, as You have called me, a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for Your own possession, that I may proclaim the excellencies of You who has called me out of darkness into Your marvelous light.14

I give myself to be Your bond-servant to serve You, Lord, as I long to see Your face and to have Your name on my forehead.15 I pray that I may have the right to the tree of life and to enter by the gates into the city, the New Jerusalem.16 You, Lord, are the Way, and I desire to follow You; and the Truth, and I desire to be free in You; and the Life, and I desire to have Your life in me that I may have the abundant life in You.17

In this I greatly rejoice, even though now for a little while, if necessary, I may be distressed by various trials, so that the proof of my faith, being more precious than gold which is perishable, even though tested by fire, may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of you, my Lord, Jesus Christ; and though I have not seen You, I love You, and though I do not see You now, I believe in You; I greatly rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, obtaining as the outcome of my faith the salvation of my soul.18 Amen.
